Users and organizations are responsible for providing accurate account information and maintaining the security of their credentials and sessions.
Use of Generacity may be restricted, suspended, or terminated if accounts are used for abuse, fraud, harassment, illegal activity, unsafe conduct, or violations of platform rules.
Acceptable Use
Acceptable Use
Generacity is intended for constructive, lawful, and mission-supporting activity. Users may not use the platform to harm others, exploit children, distribute unsafe material, impersonate others, or interfere with platform operations.
Platform safety controls, moderation tools, audit systems, and access controls may be used to enforce these requirements.
Organization and Nonprofit Use

Generacity intends to provide qualifying nonprofit organizations with platform access free of platform subscription cost, while external provider fees may still be governed by separate provider terms.
Organizations remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the content, campaigns, communications, and opportunities they publish.

Generacity is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, Generacity and netPulz, Inc. are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform.
